​Spiritual Counseling
 
Private 1 hour counseling sessions of support and guidance for immediate anxiety and difficulties utilizing affirmative prayer to realign your personal life so that you may experience more peace and joy; or for fulfillment of a specific desire. During these sessions, which may be by phone, in person or online meeting, you will have the opportunity to share the challenge you are experiencing, receive ministerial counseling to identify erroneous beliefs and/or behaviors and rise above the conditions you are experiencing to the spiritual perspective and guidance as to how to utilize that principle in your life. Affirmative prayer, also called spiritual mind treatment, is included in all sessions.

What do we mean by Spiritual Coaching?
Quantum Physicists have concretized the spiritual philosophies of the ages and adjusted our beliefs to the understanding that we are “spiritual beings having a human experience.” (Pierre De Chardin).

Our individual and group coaching programs are grounded in universal spiritual principles and beliefs.

New Directions Spiritual Coaching guides as we, at any age, determine that we want a New Direction for our life. Events and experiences in everyone’s life periodically indicate that we are at a crossroads and change is required. New Directions Coaching provides the support, assistance, and encouragement as you make the transformative changes in your life.

Your journey begins with assessing where you are in your life and where you want to go. Coaching is customized to advance your personal needs, learning, and experiences. You need not have any specific religious foundation, nor will you be asked/expected to adopt one. 

  • The structure of weekly coaching sessions provides greater self-awareness and experiential learning.
  • Activities are designed for further clarification and practice between sessions as your life gradually but consistently transforms.

Individual coaching consists of one-on-one sessions with your coach. Personalized coaching supports and guides you in discovering, designing, and deciding the life you desire to live. As your coach, I provide guidance, support, encouragement, and education as needed, along with practice and self-awareness activities between sessions to create your successful coaching experience.
 
You are the authority in your life. Therefore, discovering your path to the life you love and uncovering what brings you joy allow you to live with peace of mind. Becoming the person who makes you happy will also support you in having a healthy body and relationships. Generating a wealth consciousness is not just about money, but about living and developing a gracious life.
 
Group coaching creates sacred circles of support. The synergy of the group increases motivation and accountability in experiencing the life you love to live. Not only do you have the help of your coach, but a community of like-minded travelers on the road to your transformation.

Select from the following Individual coaching programs:
 
Spiritual Acceleration - During this 12-week program, jump-start from wherever you are on your spiritual journey. We will meet weekly for coaching, transformative processes, and meditations.
 
Spiritual Immersion - During this 12-month program with one coaching call per month, between sessions, you will receive weekly emails providing guidance, video lessons/motivation, and meditations to assist you in your progress.
 
Spiritual Coaching Freestyle - 12 coaching calls distributed over six months explicitly designed for you. It will be semi-structured, however, it has the flexibility to address specific areas of curiosity and life situations.
 
Spiritual Immersion Group - This 12-month commitment is with other spiritual travelers. With one group coaching call per month, you will have my coaching and the group's support in staying focused on your self-investment. The group will also receive email guidance and activities between coaching calls.
